The rooms with ac.

Had a good stay during our visit to Bangkok and would not hesitate to return here. The location of the hotel was beautiful - just a short stroll away from a second-class royal monastery.

Nothing all good.

The room was well decorated and brand-new with nice decoration. All the staff were extremely friendly. the breakfast was perfect with eggs cooked to order and toast.

The breakfast options were satisfying and the location was convenient.

the hotel is situated in a walking distance from the main sights, Kaosan street, boat stop at the canal. though the windows come to small, quite enough streets. really very difficult for the taxi-driver to find the hotel, it is necessary to print out the picture "how to reach the hotel" from the hotel site!!! we had a problem with AC in the room when returned in the evening (it was broken), and we were very fast moved to another room. also forgot to admit that the hostess herself upgraded our room on arrival for free!

The location was very good. Walking distance from the Khaosan road and pretty near to the Wat Phra Kaeo but quiet place. The reception was kind about providing tour information. It was located in the western area of the city, so despite of the red shirts turmoil in the eastern area, I could safely access the express boat stations and many temples.

The room was little dark.

Reasonably priced but very hard to find tucked away down back alley, and poorly sign posted, even an English speaking neighbour 6 doors down couldnt direct us to the Hotel.

We liked the location, very close to the tourist center and the 0 km point. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are confortable and the stuff is friendly.

The breakfast is pour. The view is missing completly, the hotel is between some tall buildings, we could barely find it.

We had an excellent 5-night stay in a newly renovated room with great air conditioning, and the staff were very friendly, we would definitely come back.

Very nice hotel>> close to Kao San , King Palace and most spot to visit in Bangkok. clean and not noisy . but mostly very very nice staff... helpful and reliable. Been living in Asia 20 years and this is the first time that due to rain and very bad traffic (no taxi) ,hotel owner brought us to the train station at almost no charge since we could not get a taxi... nice gesture

The owner was very friendly and helpful giving us maps /directions around Bangkok.Was difficult to find[down a back alley !!] quite an old building and I found that the pictures on the Internet looked better than it actually was.But then saying that it was adequate for what we needed and the friendliness of the proprietors made up for this.Good breakfast set us up for the day.

Dark very hot corridors

The staff at Sourire At Rattanakosin Island Hotel were extremely friendly and offered us an early check-in and a late check-out. the location of the hotel was perfect and magnificent, just a 10-15 minute walk from a public monument.

Nice location within walking distance to Grand Palace. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I repeatedly tried to arrange airport transfers before our trip and they would not confirm.

The staff was friendly and solving problems. There is a free wifi and a good breakfast. The room was clean and they change towels everydays. I reccomend at everyone.

This hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling streets. It's conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and attractions, including the palace. The rooms are equipped with good air conditioning and some even have balconies for a relaxing outdoor space. Additionally, the breakfast included in the rate offers excellent hot coffee to start the day off right.

All was perfectly fine during my stay.
